Request a Transcript

To request a copy of your Junior Year in Spain transcript, completely fill out this form and mail it to the Junior Year in Spain office. All requests must have the student's name, social security number, and period of attendance in the program. Junior Year in Spain does not accept telephone, e-mail, or third party requests for transcripts. Requests for transcripts are processed promptly as soon as they are received.

There is a $5.00 processing fee for each official transcript. Checks or money orders may be made payable to: Junior Year in Spain. There is no charge to have an unofficial transcript mailed or faxed to you.
